As I think there are three categories of people in the world.
1. Upper class
2. Average class
3. Lower class
   As my opinion, upper class get their education through their wealth.
Average class get their education hardly because they want to improve their lifestyle and have a goal in life and for getting education they go through fair and unfair ways.
But lower class have no chance to get education rather than they have a desire to go highfy their life.
   As there are many developed countries in the world, they give funds to developing countries besides they should make some rules and provide funds to under developed countries for the mentioned purpose. In this way the poor economies of the world can get prosperous and be a literate citizen.
     But how can we over come this problem, we need supporters followers and advisers....
